Q. What are minimum hardware requirements?
A. Minimum requirements
- PC Windows 2000 SP2 or better
- 900Mhz processor
- FTP Internet connection
Access to either good quality dot matrix or laser printer depending upon type of stationery being printed.
Q. Do I have a choice of type of connote?
A. Yes, IFS offer ability to print to either 3 part generic dot matrix or A4 3 part generic laser connotes
Q. What format will I receive data in for billing purposes?
A. Default format is ASCII pipe delimited file but IFS will write routine to translate data to whatever format your internal system requires. IFS already have file formats written for most commonly used systems in Australia & New Zealand; see our alliance partners page for more information.
Q. What backup procedures are in place?
A. Billing data is backup & stored for period of 90 days both in software installed at your depot & at our Bureau. Print files are kept for three days to facilitate reprinting should a problem with printer occur
